Horse and cart driver hurt in crash with van

The driver of a horse and cart suffered minor injuries in a collision with a van, police said.

Lincolnshire Police said the crash happened at about 12:30 BST on Saturday on Wardentree Lane, in Pinchbeck – a village near Spalding.

The force said the driver of the van stopped at the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, or the moments leading up to it, is asked to contact police.
